How fast do you respond if my site crashes during a Flash Sale?

D-Solutions monitors uptime 24/7 through our internal system, so we usually catch issues before you even call. For major Flash Sales, just let us know the campaign date and time in advance — we activate war room mode: real-time technical staffing, pre-scaled server resources, and load testing at 2× expected traffic.
Where are backups stored? Do you actually test restores?
Backups run daily and are stored in two physically separate locations following the 3-2-1 rule (3 copies, 2 media types, 1 off-site copy such as Cloudflare R2 or Backblaze B2 at a different data center from the primary host). Backups are encrypted at rest, with access restricted under the principle of least privilege.
More importantly: we periodically test real restores — restoring to a staging server and verifying data integrity. Many vendors just check the "backup succeeded" log and call it done, but a backup can silently fail for months without anyone noticing — until you actually need to restore it. D-Solutions doesn't operate that way.
Does the maintenance plan support major sales campaigns, and is there an extra charge?
Yes, and D-Solutions doesn't charge extra. Support for major campaigns (Flash Sales, livestreams, mega sales) is included by default in every maintenance plan — just give us 2-3 days' notice so the team can prepare the war room.
Some vendors charge separately for peak-period support; we don't, because that's exactly when you need D-Solutions the most. Our SLA commitment: 99.9% uptime, incident response under 2 hours, and critical-incident response under 30 minutes.
